I am so excited to announce the first winner of a $1000 grant from the Dr Alina Olteanu Foundation, Kassia Maciejewski! This couldn't have been possible without your generous donations!
Kassia's grant will contribute to her voice and music lessons.
Kassia Maciejewski has had a song on her lips and music in her heart since before she could speak. She currently is a voice and piano student at Edelweiss School of Music in Plano, Texas, and is a member of the Honors Choir at Renner Middle School.
While she is almost always singing a tune, Kassia is happiest when practicing songs from Phantom of the Opera and listening to Broadway music. She hopes to someday sing in Broadway shows like Phantom or Wicked, or work with animals. Her goal is to continue to improve and become the best musician that she can be.

So many greatly talented young people today are struggling to develop their natural gifts and make their dreams come true. These young artists and healers need all the support they can get to create a beautiful, healthy, vibrant future for themselves and for the world at large.
The Dr. Alina Olteanu Foundation for Extraordinary Young People was formed to assist inspired and talented young people, who seek to imagine and build a better world for themselves and future generations.
